Terms of Operational Service

These Terms of Operational Service ("Terms") dictate the strict parameters under which Hash Developed Projects LTD ("HashDevPro") engineers software, provisions IT networking hardware, and provides structural consultancy to requesting enterprise and institutional entities ("Clients").

1. Architectural Engineering & Deployment

HashDevPro delivers complex software applications, enterprise networking installations, and cloud deployments ("Systems"). Delivery timelines and structural architectures are explicitly governed by the mutually executed Statements of Work (SOW) or finalized project scope documents. Deviations from scoped architecture requirements will necessitate renegotiation.

2. Client Dependencies & Approvals

Our engineering lead times require the Client to provide timely access to necessary proprietary APIs, physical facility networks, and domain endpoints. Structural delays caused by Client-side failure to provision necessary access protocols forfeit any previously guaranteed deployment timelines.

3. Intellectual Property Protocols

Unless an explicit code-transfer agreement is authenticated in the SOW, HashDevPro retains overarching ownership of proprietary base frameworks, custom routing logic, and pre-existing operational libraries utilized in delivering the final System. The Client receives absolute, irrevocable use-licenses for the deployed solution within their operational capacity.

4. Structural Warranties & Limitations of Liability

We architect systems to precise SLA metrics. However, HashDevPro acts to the limit of applicable commercial law regarding network failure induced by external threat vectors, unauthorized third-party hardware modification, or catastrophic global outage conditions (e.g., AWS total regional failure).

HASHDEVPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SEVERE DATA-LOSS DAMAGES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED OVERRIDE OF DEPLOYED SYSTEMS OR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN ONGOING SUPPORT AGREEMENTS.

5. Operational Termination Rights

Either entity retains the right to terminate standing maintenance or development agreements provided standard 30-day notice is transmitted. HashDevPro reserves the immediate right to halt application functionality or server provisioning if continuous breach of financial remittance protocols occurs.
